About the role
We are hiring experienced, compassionate and skilled Female Physiotherapist to join our Dubai-based team supporting families to provide personalized physiotherapy services to patients in their homes, supporting recovery, mobility, pain management, rehabilitation, and overall physical wellbeing. You will assess each patient’s condition, develop appropriate treatment plans, deliver physiotherapy sessions, and monitor progress to ensure safe and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed physical assessments and reviewing medical history.
- Identifying mobility limitations, pain, muscle weakness, and functional difficulties.
- Developing personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Providing therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and mobility training.
- Using manual therapy and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques.
- Supporting recovery after surgery, injury, stroke, or prolonged illness.
- Helping elderly patients improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
- Educating patients and families about exercises, posture, pain management, and injury prevention.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans when required.
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and treatment records.
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring patient safety, privacy, comfort, and dignity during treatment.
- Providing high-quality physiotherapy independently in patients’ homes.
- Following DHA requirements, infection-control procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional physiotherapist
(agency, hospital, or private family)
- Good spoken English
- Currently in the UAE
- References from previous employers (we will check)
Preferred
- Southeast Asia Candidates
- With a valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Previous physiotherapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
- Experience treating elderly patients, post-operative cases, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, and mobility-related concerns.
- Own UAE residence visa is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage home visits professionally.
